Shipping
Our website offer free USPS Priority Shipping on all orders $110 and over within the United States. Nevaeh Naturals reserves the right to change shipping promotion at any time.
Most orders are delivered within 2-7 business days using USPS Priority Mail. These days are subject to change due to Federal Holidays and unforeseen mail carrier delays. Orders placed on Saturday after 12p.m. EST will be processed on the next business day.
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be fulfilled and shipped.
All orders will be shipped the following business day of purchase.
No Refunds- No Exchange
Due to Nevaeh Naturals being a cosmetic online store, we DO NOT accept refunds and/or exchanges due to sanitary reasons.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout to ensure product arrival. No refund will be provided.

Pickup on Broadway is April 6, 2024- November 30, 2024 for all Columbus, GA customers. Please provide a photo ID during pickup. In the event of inclement weather, Nevaeh Naturals will notify and hold your order until the following Saturday for pickup. Nevaeh Naturals serves the right to not be present during vacation weekends. A member of our team will notify you if you have placed an order during a vacationing weekend(s).
